Policy regarding out-of-state CV-19 vaccination records

ALL PATRONS MUST SHOW PROOF OF CV-19 VACCINATION.  San Francisco health officials require us to verify vaccination cards before allowing entry into the bar.
In San Francisco, a recent negative CV-19 test is no longer acceptable for admission into indoor venues.
For patrons holding out-of-state vaccination cards, please be prepared to show your original vaccination card with your corresponding photo ID.
Out-of-state patrons are encouraged to ask their health care providers about SMARTHealth digital cards to facilitate entry into indoor venues.

Anyone over the age of 12 can receive CV-19 vaccination free-of-charge in California, regardless of residency or immigration status.
